This is to tell you about someone whose name and number you might want to keep on hand. If you are like me, you might not know who to call in a pinch.
Today - MLK day, a holiday for some offices - I called On Call Computer Solutions in Matthews for help because my laptop would not let me open Windows. It said something like: Boot - Unmountable. I tried everything. I called and the service technician came over within the hour and got it up and running for me. He also helped me with things such as updating my anti-virus program, gave good advice on high-speed Internet service (which I still need), and advised about other safety measures for the computer.
I highly recommend this awesome service if you need computer assistance.
